Lag and Disconnecting while playing Dota in Garena through Maxis Broadband?

I hav sign up for a 3gb package for RM 68 a month. I m not playing while peak hour, room is 10-20 ppl, game is about 2v2 or 3v3. it all the times lag and sometimes disconnect. I wan solution pls
