Network 2 tvs and dvd player?

I have tv upstairs with panasonic blue ray disc recorder connected. I would like to watch dvds on tv downstairs with out having to disconnect recorder from upstairs tv and and connect to downstairs tv. Is this possible? thank you Brenda
