Xbox freezing and timing out please help!?

Ok my internet is fine and the connection to it aswell, well every 10 minutes my game will freeze, then it will disconnect me from xbox live, then my xbox will freeze. then i have to restart it and sign in again, sometimes it wont connect and i have to go to the connection settings and reconnect to it there, which it does so really fast, i dont see what the problem is please help!
