Xbox hacker turned off my internet, cant turn back on.?

Me and this Guy on Xbox were talking **** and he got pissed at me and said "yeah well I have a mod too" then my Xbox, computer and phone disconnected from the internet and I've tried resetting everything and unplugging the modem and it wont reconnect. What should I do?
